If the lights would be off or the water not hot for a few hours due to maintenance, we were aware and could make other arrangements. Maintenance came the first day of our stay to check on a leaking toilet and leaking window from the rain, but they did not repair the window. When it rained, the window would leak inside the unit. "To start with..The yard when you walk in is a mess, the hot water was barely warm, left over food in the freezer and fridge that needed also to be wiped down, the toilet and tub needs replaced was all orange, there was no toilet paper, no shower curtain, be careful on the rugs they skip so easy."

"This space felt like a retreat in the middle of a neighborhood. It was walkable to downtown, and plenty of food and drink in the Heights area. Parking was a breeze and never had any issues with the on-street parking. Walking the neighborhood was also a treat because of the history and the architecture. The only thing I wished for was a firmer bed and firmer pillows - but that's my preference! Everything else was smooth, relaxing, and beautiful! "
