"The room was clean, well stocked and smelled nice. The gentlemen working the check in desk saw me dragging in after a long day and said "Hi [my name], how was your day?" I couldn't believe he remembered my name. I just wanted to get to my room when I realized I left my key at the jobsite. He saw my frustration and said "No, dont do that. Let me just make you a new one" I felt he went above and beyond to provide good service. "
