The condo was clean, close to the beach. We didn’t need much contact with the host, but the one time we reached out he was easily accessible. The beds seemed smaller than listed, perhaps they are really full size, not queen. The beds were not comfortable and were really hard. Bed linens were provided and clean, but you need to bring your own towels, that includes hand towels and dish towels. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and toaster. Be sure to bring an extra roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. Some of those items are provided, but if you have a family you might go through more than what’s provided (as we did). The balcony has two chairs and faces the ocean- the view is slightly obstructed by the sand dunes, but it was still a comfortable and pleasant spot to catch the sunrise. The pool was not open when we were there, but it was a nice size and looked clean and well kept. The deck and stairs to the beach were nice and clean, but those with mobility issues might have challenges getting to the beach. Beach was nice and not overcrowded when we visited in early May.
The condo is close to restaurants and activities. Not all roads have sidewalks, so it might not be best to walk with small children.
Overall, a pleasant stay.
