"My wife and I had a wonderful 5 night stay at Heron House Court. The property is lovely and unique, and Luis and Roman made us feel like family. This is a quiet area but is close to transportation and is not far from Old Town. It is very walkable to the attractions but a bike or scooter would be preferable by far. We actually rented a golf cart for our stay and it was so much fun. The showers were hot and the water pressure great. The bedding was comfortable and the room clean. You can have housekeeping service every day of your stay if you wanted. I see why this property got very high reviews because of the charm and hospitality. We didn't want to leave."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! It was quiet where we stayed, clean, comfortable and a good value considering how expensive the area hotels are. We liked the included breakfast option as well. Loved that there was an onsite parking lot. There isn't quite enough parking for everyone when the hotel is busier. Some cars took up 2 spots when they didn't park right. We thought the staff should have taken a quick walk around at the end of the evening and somehow penalized those people. We are all paying a resort fee and one car shouldn't be able to take 2 spots. Also, the elevators get very hot so only concern would be if they happened to break down on someone. Lastly wished there was a noon checkout. 11:00 am is a little early for the Key West party atmosphere... But other than those couple minor things we really loved this property, and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"The service at the poolside or the private beach was amazing!! Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It's also easy to rent a scooter, bike or golf cart to get to the other end of the island. Highly recommend staying here! "
