The proprietor was so accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and he explained everything very clearly. The hotel was decorated to a high standard and there little extras such designer coffees for guests to make themselves in addition to fresh home made cakes. There was also a fridge in one of the lounges to store food and drink. Another lounge could be used to play games or listen to music. Breakfast was pre ordered and make as you enter the dining room. It was delicious and so much choice. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Beautifully decorated and furnished guesthouse, with wonderful views. The hosts extremely welcoming and helpful and breakfast was top notch. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely love this place!!! The views from our room were amazing, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, walking distance to Keswick town center, the rooms were very clean and updated, the staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the amenities and little touches helped make our stay perfect. Would definitely stay again and again!
