The property is modern with a really attractive aesthetic and the rooms are comfortable. I had a corner king suite with an incredible view of Buffalo Bayou park across the street- which makes it very convenient to walk the park trails. It has a huge shower room. Literally a room. It also has a very comfortable soaking tub.
The food is good and creative. The red snapper ceviche is absolutely delicious and light and full of fresh flavor.
The 'star' of the stay is definitely the staff. Every single person at the front desk, restaurant, bar, including the cleaning staff was super friendly and thoughtful. AND they remembered me from when I stayed a couple of months ago. They made me feel very much at home. I will definitely be back!

Sep 9, 2019We live in a major city in TX so we never usually stop here, but for this trip we had to stop at Build-a-Bear to get an Astros shirt for my daughter’s “class pet” (stuffy). Wow I was so impressed with all the selections that we may go next summer for back to school shopping!
