The location was good and offered beautiful views. We were not allowed to use the pool. No bar. Room very small and no safe box. We asked for late check our and was not allowed one. Overall it’s an okey place but wouldn’t stay there again. Also we were not provided the free wine as per perk.

From the moment my daughter and I arrived at Hotel Matiana we knew we had found a gem. A wonderful welcome, fantastic food, lovely spot close to our favourite beach clubs. We spent 5 wonderful days, we will be back.

Me and my friends stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed our time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, had a lovely aesthetic inside and also had a bed and not a sofa bed for the 3rd person. However, they didn’t have any snacks for when you’re chilling around the pool as they only had main meals from the restaurant. The breakfast was amazing, traditional Turkish breakfast every morning however the juice was not fresh juice. Also, the town is definitely not walking distance but can easily get a taxi for very little. Overall, great value for money and would definitely stay again.

Lovely boutique hotel and lovely family staff. Beautiful views across the bay to Kalkan - only a few minutes in a very efficient local taxi service or a very short walk to the charming Water Taxi. Amazing breakfast and a great swimming pool.

We arrived at the hotel and we were the only guests at this property and I didn’t like the room and receptionist told me their rooms all full and I asked the room picture was different with the actual room they provided.so he offered me to cancel the Expedia reservation and charge me at property to upgrade the room with breakfast. I was charged on my statement by Matiana hotel £127 and he refund £116 to my bank account and he charged me €170 in cash for 2 nights with breakfast for a room. First day they provided us breakfast and second day they didn’t because we went at 10.00 am for breakfast.A night before I asked them to book us a taxi and the owner was so rude and shouting us why we are requesting from them . The owner of the property was at hotel and he was incredibly bad and rude to us. Poor customer service and charging customer for more money .

Great stay at Matiana!
Everything about our stay was fantastic. From our room we had the most wonderful views of the bay and the town. With the large balcony looking over the sea, we could happily spend the whole day there without going out. The hosts went out of their way to make everything perfect for us. We had the most incredible dinner on the rooftop of the hotel. All exceptional value for money and Matiana was definitely our favourite place to stay during our 1-month tour of Turkey!

The room is very clean, and you can see the sea from the room. Breakfast is excellent, and dinner is fantastic, too. The dining rooftop has a beautiful view of the sea surrounded by mountains. Nice beach is at a close distance, so it's good to enjoy the sea. This hotel is run by a family, and they are very kind and professional. I love this place. I want to visit again.

Great place, great owners.stay if you get a chance. Decor is great, pride of ownership is everywhere. Short walk to the ocean or use their pools and deck. View from balcony was encredible.

An amazing experience at Kalkan
Many thanks to the Mariana Hotel, my partner and I had our dream vacation here. The quality of service, selection and the tastiness of the food, the friendliness of the stuff, cleanliness and the location of the hotel is beyond 5star luxury hotels. This is the place that you can have a romantic and relaxing vacation without any disturbance. If your destination is Kalkan/Kisla, this hotel must be the place for you to stay in.

Thank you Koray, Tulay, Caan, Bouquet and Ramazan for making our holiday wonderful. You have made us feel like family and we can't thank you enough. You go over and above to make everyone's stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible without being intrusive. The room is beautifully decorated as well as the rest of the hotel. The view on the terrace is spectacular. The music is wonderful and calming. Definately a must for a romantic break. This is a child friendly hotel as well. Tulays homestyle turkish cooking is absolutely wonderful. The breakfast in the morning is amazing. Everything is freshly prepared and brought to the table which is a lovely touch. The evening meal is also wonderful. Turkish cooking at its best. I can't praise this hotel enough. Everything was what we were looking for and we will definately be coming back. We would highly recommend you visiting the Matiana hotel. Absolutely first class people who will always be special friends.

Otelin harika bir manzarası var. Hoş kokular ve güzel bir dekorasyona sahip. Çalışanlar çok nazikler. Oda ve otel tertemizdi. Kahvaltısı tatilimiz boyunca yediğimiz en iyi kahvaltıydı. Havuz başı çok keyifli dizayn edilmişti. Bir butik otelden beklentilerimizi tamamen karışladı. Ayrıca otelin terasında bir akşam yemeğini de tavsiye ederim. Güzel manzara eşliğinde eşimle sakin bir akşam yemeği yedik. Kalkana geldiğimizde başka yerde kalmayı düşünmem artık.

Ottel guzel temiz , havuz için havlu verilmiyor bu seferlik yardimci oldular. Genelde her otel havlu verir havuz için. Silver uyesi olarak ücretsiz sarap hakkimiz vardi onu çikişta vermeleri sacma orda verip içmek daha guzel olur. Sakın bir otel ve manzara super.

Hotel con mucho encanto en una ubicación perfecta
Hotel pequeñito con mucho encanto situado a las afueras de Kalkan. Tiene una piscina muy agradable que casi siempre está vacía. El hotel está decorado con mucho gusto y las habitaciones tienen vistas al mar. El desayuno que es muy rico lo sirven en la terrazas con unas vistas espectaculares. Recomiendo coger taxis al centro de Kalkan por 60 liras, en vez de usar tu coche

İlk ziyaretimiz olmasına rağmen ,mükemmel bir deneyim yaşadık, konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde ve neredeyse en alt kat balkonları bile full deniz manzarali , terası muhteşem ve özellikle kahvaltısı ve restaurant hicbiryer ile kıyası olmayacak derece de özel ve doğal ürünler , şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum, ilk fırsatta tekrar ziyaret edeceğiz. Uzun zamandir kendimi hic bukadar rahat hissetmemistim. Sabah kisiye özel kahvaltiyla basliyor ve sizin istediginiz dogrultuda devam ediyor. Yalniz dikkat edin fazla yemeyin benim gibi. Emin olun tabaginiz degil MASANIZ cesitli leziz seylerle dolu olacak. Kendinize iyi bir sey yapmak istiyorsaniz, bence bu temiz ve sadece müsteri mennuniyetini düsünen oteli secin. Konumu çok merkezi değil ama araçla birkaç dakikada şehir merkezine ulaşılabiliyor. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Teras manzarası harika. Çalışanlar çok kibarlar, asansör yok ama bizim için çok sıkıntı değildi. Tek olumsuzluk havanın çok sıcak olması ve klimanın direkt yatağa vuruyor olmasıydı.

Akıllarda iz bırakan güzel hotel, matiana..
Bol bol dinlendiğimiz ve keyif aldığımız bir tatil oldu bizim için, odamız gerçekten güzel dekore edilmekle kalmayıp, insanı uzunca saatler yatıp dinledirmesi gibi bir özelliği var bizce :) Kahvaltı ve o kurutulmuş domatesler aklımdan hiç çıkmayacak... Deniz çok güzeldi kalkanda, hem serin hemde tertemiz.. şu sıralar temiz deniz bulmak zorlaşıyor artık.. 22 sonrası kısıtlama olduğundan bölge sakindi buda epey rahat ettirdi bizi veee restoran gerçekten on numara beş yıldız.. mezeleri, tabakları, o güzel ekmekleri ve yemekler :))) aman aman diyorum.. teşekkürler matiana ailesi..

Butik otel anlayışını baştan yazan, otel matiana
Manzarası güzel olan bir odada konaklama şansımız oldu. Kalkan konum olarak gerçekten çok güzel bir yer. Birçok yeri gezme şansımız oldu ve iyi değerlendirdik diye düşünüyorum. Akşam yemeklerinde matiana yine tercihimiz oldu ve gerçekten lezzet ve ürün kalitesi restoran olarakta yine süperdi.. yaza tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle diyoruz.. teşekkürler..

Matiana dekor ve detay konusunda gerçekten çok başarılı bir oteldi. Detaylar insanı hem rahat ettiriyor hemde keyiflendiriyor doğrusu. Güzel dekore edilmiş bir resepsiyon ve tarif edilemez bir güzellikte koku karşılıyor. Çalışanlar samimi ve işlerini iyi yapıyorlar.. kaldığımız oda gerçekten çok güzeldi hatta ve hatta renklerin uyumu bizim evde de bazı şeyleri yapmamız için bize çağrışım oldu diyebiliriz. Kahvaltı tazecik ve nefis lezzetler var. Kalkanı çok gezemedik önlemlerden dolayı ama deniz bir hayli güzel ve temizdi..

Bir butik hotelden fazlası bence..
Otelin konumu sakin bir yerde tam kafa dinlemelik.. Odamız hem rahat hemde manzaraya karşı olunca uyumu süper oldu.. sabah kahvaltısında çeşitlilik bir hayli fazla ve tazecik.. akşam yemeğini odaya istedik ama keşke terasta yeseydik diyoruz... birdaha ki sefere artık.. butik hoteller arasında hizmet anlayışı olsun, kalitesi olsun süper bir yer gerçekten ve bunca yere gittiğim için söylüyorum başka yerlerde de bu hizmeti taşımalılar çünkü son zamanlarda kaldığım en iyi hotelden biri diyebilirim.. her şey için teşekkürler..
