"Staff was friendly and helpful (walked me back from ATM and let me in really early in the morning when they weren't fully open), room was decent size, bed was medium comfort, shower was hot, room a little older. "I have stayed here number of times, highly affordable, safe and friendly staff. Hotel provides taxi and tours to near by places. Being a South Indian felt very much at home with my broken Hindi. My visits to Agra, Delhi sightseeings were nominal and perfect. And also for US visa interview this was all the more perfect VAC and Embassy are 20 mins away. We didn't like the lunches, but the Complimentary breakfast and Dinners were very good. But I would still go ahead and highly recommend this...

"Hotel Persona is located on a run down side street. I did not want to get out of the taxi when we pulled up to the hotel. My room, which I had paid for in advance, was rented out to some one else. I had to wait 8 hours for another room. They did not give me the the room I requested. Instead I was given a much smaller room where it was difficult to turn around in. "My tour had us staying here before and after the tour. Of the four hotels we stayed in, this was the worst. Needs a facelift, not in a good area, staff constantly hovers around you expecting tips, some rooms don’t have any windows. A lady on my tour went out on the front porch to make a call and was told she should come back in the hotel as it wasn’t safe out there. Not safe for single females.
