Breakfast was excellent. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The room thermostat would not allow a temperature below 68 so it was too hot for me to sleep well. The shower had awful water pressure. And the hot tub was not hot, maybe 88 degrees or so. Would not stay there again for the price it was.

We came to tour Arrowhead Stadium. This hotel was clean, beds were very comfortable. It's only about 10 minutes away from stadium.

Friendly staff. Rooms and common areas in good shape; comfortable beds. Dislikes: ice machine not working on our floor(minor inconvenience only), AC unit not up to par, water pressure was very weak. I stayed on reward points, so hard to really complain. Would recommend as "above average" and as expected. Still a fan of HIExpress in general.
