Reservation didn’t mention renovations occurring which was a shock seeing our floor having no baseboards, ripped up carpeting, and wall particles everywhere. Our bathroom didn’t have working fan, the wall hooks in the main room and the bathroom were coming off the wall, fridge was warm and dirty upon arrival, there was chipped paint on the wall and the bathtub was chipping, Front desk manager was rude, disrespectful and had attitude with no compassion.

When we checked in and went to our room we found the refrigerator was iced over bad. We called and a man came to check it. He really wasn't concerned even though it was so iced the door wouldn't seal closed. We was not accepting what he was saying. He finally told us he would be back and left. It was time for him to be off for the day. We never saw him again. After half an hour or more we called down to front desk again. At that point we were sent to a different room.

Although the hotel has some remodeling work going on, they tried their hardest to keep things clean and the noise to a minimum. Our room was spotless, as always. The staff is kind and the breakfast is really good.
