"Ambong service was impeccable, with their WhatsApp line, we get almost instant help for anything. We really liked the staff like Lina and a few other young smiley men who helped us at the restaurant and with our suitcases. We really have no complain about the staff. "The place is exelent as a backpackers stay cheap and a walking distance from the beach and restaurants of all choices There is a bar in the lodge were they serve good drinks and put lovely music good ambience. I advice you to book the air conditioning room or els you are in for a very hot night sleep.The owner and staff are very helpful "

"The resort is vast and a complimentary shuttle bus service is needed between locations. The facilities and staff are first class. I thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay in a Rainforest chalet. I saw lots of native wildlife whilst there. I would recommend this resort to anyone visiting Langkawi."
