"Beautiful, classy hotel with excellent customer service. I highly recommend one of the ocean view rooms. Overall highly recommended and I would definitely return. "
"Beautiful interior space, delicious food, kind & responsible staff. The only problems I had were the bar menu ( only wine, sake, and soju ) and my room's sliding doors' condition; I couldn't completely close the sliding door to the garden because the left side door was a little forward toward the interior side and it doesn't align with the right side door."
"The rooms were spacious and spotless, with crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious,The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble."
"I did not like asking for the towel every time. We reserve for 4 people but they keep giving us only 3 towels. Same thing for the bottled water. The room is spacious and the location is nice with restaurants nearby. "
"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. Annoying but I will pay.
HOWEVER, she completely ignored what we were trying to say or ask. Her attitude was bottom leveled, definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. I used to love Hyatt Regency and came to this hotel since 10 years ago. After experiencing the HORRIBLE customer service from Misun, I will...

"My second stay. The only issue is that they need more outlets to make charging more easy. But it is minor issue. I recommend ocean view room. It is right on the Jeju bike trail if you want to circle the island. Very convenient and close to ferry. My feeling is hotel child use light remodel but certainly I was comfortable and room was clean. There is great sashimi in the buffet."
