“This place is in the best possible location in town. beautiful, friendly neighborhood with great restaurants and shops just outside the front door. The apartment is very sparsely furnished from Goodwill. The bed is basically a mattress on the floor with a very strange surrounding frame thing. there are 2 windows in the bedroom that look out at the dated building electrical connections. there are no other windows. the most important feature of this place is the very dated, dirty smelly old...

“It took us 10 minutes to find the front door. I had to call the owner twice. It was in the back of the apartment complex facing the woods. The light over the doorway was out and it was too dark to see the entrance to the apartment. We walked in and walked out immediately in tears. We ended up in a hotel. There is NO furniture in the living room or dining area. I do not mean limited furniture, I mean NO furniture and no TV. The picture of the fireplace that is used in the advertisement....that is...

“It looks much better than the pictures portray! I took my grandson to Greensboro for a soccer camp at UNCG. I got the bed and he took the sofa sleeper. He was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equiped, but I did get a little aggravated at the frying pan situation. I had a couple of questions about things while I was there and got almost instant responses. I could not recommend this condo more!”

“Location is great. Street parking is tough to find so we used a parking garage close by. It was very comfortable. I would have preferred a covering over transom to hallway because it was so bright. We shut hall light off but someone turned it bag on. Strong scent of sewage in complex after second day. Not sure what that was about. Noise from adjacent apartment was loud one night. I would probably start here again if I wanted to explore dientiwn. ”
