"We throughly enjoyed our stay at Rosie’s Place. Astrid and Rick are gracious and attentive hosts. After a long day of site seeing, Rosie’s Place was a restful haven at the end of the day. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace and listening to the birds sing in the evening. We felt more like locals than tourists. I HIGHLY recommend this property."

"This is a small, quiet and comfortable hotel. The staff, if you can find them, are friendly. The location is very good, it’s a lovely neighbourhood with some good restaurants. My concerns are that it isn’t easy to find, and there is no obvious signage. The reception is only part-time, and I was really taken aback that it wasn’t open for a 9am checkout on my last day, which was so inconvenient. "Great budget hotel in Amsterdam… super cute and extremely friendly staff that didn’t hesitate to let us know where to eat/sightsee/etc. Close to major sites. It was a loud at night, but that didn’t bother us as we’ve lived in big cities before. Stairs sucked after a long day of walking (we were on the top floor) but hey, it helped burn off all the wine I drank!"
