" First why is this called blanco river resort when you get there it’s clearly Tillman resort, confusing? The cottages were very nice, clean, inviting. The closeness to the river was very relaxing and the property very well kept. We did not use the restaurant on site but a nice touch. The things I noticed it could use; the back door deadbolt did not work. There wasn’t tissues or paper towels for use. The bed comforters are too heavy for summertime use. My husband and I both had trouble...

"Came from California to spend a weekend with my son, his wife and my 3 grandkids who live in Dripping to hangout with me. The place was perfect for a 10, 12 and 14 year old to hang out...swimming, hot tubbing, competitive ping pong and corn hole games. It was the perfect spot for everyone!"

"Everything was great, nice hot tub and shower. Our AC stopped and had to contact the manager. I did not hear back from the manager for awhile. Upon my second message, she got back to us, and came over and fixed the problem."

"We loved our stay and the very cute property. They had a super cute store and the vibe was great. The only thing I wish they would have mention in their post was that the bathroom is separate from the cabins. But the bathhouse is very cute and the showers are wonderful. We would stay again."

"The Finch house was beautiful and rustic! I would definitely stay here again! There is a small creek that runs right behind the house, and the porch is nice to sit and relax. The swing under the house and hammock were a nice touch also. There were plenty of towels upon arrival, the beds were cozy. We didn’t want to leave!"
