Great location and a true 5 Star international hotel in Yiwu. Breakfast buffet was over crowded and the staff seemed overwhelmed. After a vigorous search I was able to get a small table for 1. I left a coffee, juice, and utencils while I went to get food. Came back and my table had been taken over.
I had an amazing experience in my one night stay at this property. They upgraded me to a suite and it was just perfect. Everything was clean, spacious and the breakfast was excellent. I can't say enough positive things about this hotel.
Worse staff ever i have experienced during my stay. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, they do not live up to the standards of the shangri la name.
Everything was good but our room air conditioning on room 3806 did not work, we complain, but every night we had a nightmare sleeping. The swimming pool area was very dirty. In 4 days I saw the same harbage under the chairs. Dirty floors.

there was an aircondiitioner problem with my first room. The Shangri-la Staff, and the Manager, LEO GONG, were absolutely amazing and professional in correcting the situation, and making sure the rest of my stay was upto and beyond any 5 star hotel standard. Well done Leo and Team!!!

Wow, what a great hotel. Pure luxury in every sense. Staff were great, rooms were luxurious, service was excellent. Can not believe I nearly booked to stay in a nearby hotel. The room price is slightly higher than others but you get what you pay for.
I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting that bit of luxury.

Very rude staff. They said my room with kimg bed, but it appeared as a twin bed, they recused to change the room. I called to ask about wifi password. They hang of the phone on me. Cery long queue to the breakfast restaurant.
The room was comfortable and large. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was good. There is an indoor mall attached with stores and restaurants.

The service this hotel offers is not 5 stars for US standards. Executive lounge allows people to smoke Cigars freely. Staff with poor communication skills. There are better hotels in the area.
The size of the room is good enough . Food is so so. Still lots of improvement for the waiters but understandable since they are still new . Friendly staff and cleaning ladies are okay .

great comfortable stay and wow the swimming pool is amazing. a long time in the coming but it is great.
restaurant great, buffet good value although the music and dancers are not really what is expected from such a nice hotel, maybe a cultural thing!

No gym, no swimming pool although the rate is extremely high. Most staffs are friendly however the room service staff is terrible. Room cleaning is very slow and the cleaner took out my personal belongings without my permission. She didn't respect the privacy. Horrible. The staff training needs to be improved.
