This property is amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean. They staff is extremely helpful especially when needing a taxi.

Hotel was what I wanted. I stayed in a suite with a view of the water. Parking was packed and had to park wherever I could find. Biggest ridiculously dumb thing, the would not allow alcohol from the bar area into the pool area. I would happily return here, but not being able to have a beer while enjoying the view of the pool during the summer months is silly.

The room was very nice and roof top swimming pool was amazing! Breakfast buffet was nice as well. The location is very good, I could even see dolphins from my room!

The staff did not greet us with smile nor kindness. She just said “Check your temperature, and check your QR code for COVID. The rooftop pool is not available because of the wedding event.” She did not seem to be happy on her work. Very rude. Should learn ‘hospitality’.

Wonderful staff. Always helped when we wanted to go places by translating the destination and writing it down for us. Breakfast buffet is mostly traditional Korean with a few things that aren't. We had a 1 room that divided into 2 rooms (1 King, 2 twins), a living room, and a private pool. The pool was fabulous. Heated and totally private. It rained almost the entire time we were in Jeju so being able to swim at our convenience was top notch. I would rent a car if you're wanting to do allot of touristy things. We went to relax period.

푸는 바다와 하늘을 즐길수 있는 힐링 호텔
1박으로 딸과 함께 제주만의 맛있는 먹거리를 먹고 편안한 휴식을 위해 선호하는 호텔 중 한 곳입니다. 맛진 애월 바다를 마음껏 보며 힐링 할 수 있는 루프탑 온천 야외 수영장과 룸에 있는 큰 규모의 스파 시설^^ 이곳을 방문 할 때에는 스파 입욕제를 미리 챙겨 가서 바다를 보며 제대로 힐링하고 옵니다.여유로운 시간을 보낼수 있으며 호텔 주변으로 맛집이 많은 점도 이 호텔을 선호하는 이유 중 하나입니다. 다만 수영장과 자쿠지 온수 온도가 다른 호텔 보다 낮아서 자쿠지는 이용하지 않았습니다.

힐링할 수 있는 장소. 겨울바다가 너무 아름답고. 겨울인데도 루프탑 수영장이 물도 따뜻했으며 조용하니 더더욱 운치 있어서 좋았습니다. 처음에는 출장으로 갔다가 즐기지 못하고. 2주 뒤에 다시 방문했는데 너무 좋았습니다. 자주 갈듯합니다.

룸컴디션 좋고, 욕조 컨디션도 좋았어요 뷰도 좋았구요~ 룸서비스도 맛있었어요 특히 해물라면은 다른데보다 호텔이 더 맛집이던데요? 다음번에 또 이용할 의사 충분합니다. 조식도 맛있었어요 ! 하우스키퍼분들도 친절하시고 조식 먹고 오고가고 할때 인사해주셨던 분 너무 좋았어요 다른 곳은 키퍼분들이 교육을 그렇게 받으시는지 숙박객보면 조용히 지나가시고 하는게 오히려 더 불편했는데 여기선 아침에 조식먹으려 나가려는데 밝게 인사 먼저 건내주셔서 인상깊었어요!!

바다뷰를 보며 즐기는 수영과 오션뷰 룸 스파 최고 👍
애월바다가 바로 앞~♡ 루푸탑 온수 풀이 너무 좋아 자주 가는 호텔입니다^^ 서울 호텔 수영장이나 제주에 큰 호텔 수영장 은 사람에 치여서 만족도가 뚝 떨어지는데 반해 편안하게 사색하며 아름다운 바다와 파란 하늘을 동시에 즐기며 특히 낮시간때에는 프라이빗하게 즐길수 있을 정도로 사람이 없어 꼭 개인풀 같아요^^(아마도 다른 투숙객들은 룸 스파 이용하셔서 그런지 대부분 시간대 한가해서 너무 좋아요) 오션뷰 룸에서 바다를 바라 보며 즐기는 스파또한 정말 좋습니다~♡♡♡ 수영하며 꼭 먹는 파스타와 스테이크도 우리 아이가 맛있어합니다 가격도 투숙객 할인20%되어서 만족^^ 단 자쿠자 물 온도가 조금 낮고 리조트 고객 대상 탈의 시설은 꼭 80년대 쯤 동네 수영장 탈의 시설 수준ㅠㅠ 그래도 저는 여행을 관광 보다는 휴식을 목적으로 하기에 다인오세아노 호텔이 좋아요^^
