"Great location, the room was comfortable and clean, the staff was super friendly, and we had an overall great experience. Access to/from the parking lot with one's luggage is not the "easiest," so if you're traveling with kids/pets/considerable luggage, be ready to burn some calories! It was unfortunate to see the amount of homeless in the areas surrounding the hotel; when taking our dog out at night we saw it at its peak. "

I went to the front desk and had to wait behind two people checking in (takes quite a bit of time) before I could get into my room. Once was when I was going into my friends room next to me (rooms 204 and 206 with a door between them). The door locked behind me, I did not bring my key with me. I didnt think that would happen.
