Nightmare location next to the cemetery.
The taxi got lost twice, the location is deep in a poor, filthy neighborhood, next to a cemetery and a fish farm. The shower and toilet are in the same stall, the sheets had blood stains and the room was filthy. There is NO wi-fi in the room, no exercise facility (as pictured), that is at the "other" location. The breakfast is cooked by the crew of teens in the two table office lobby/restaurant/hangout and the pool was filthy. The stray cats were friendly, though...all 20 of them.

Basic hotel. Dirty sheets but were changed when complained. No hot water for shower. No wifi Difficult to find hotel as no big sign due to it being part of apartment complex Positives includes central location and cheap rate
