Nice hotel for overnight stay near IST
This is a nice hotel for overnight stay near IST airport. Staff is very helpful and friendly. 15 min by taxi from the terminal. Highly recommend.

Nice clean hotel but watch your bookings .
Unfortunately my stay at this hotel was not pleasant. They took payment before arrival even though it stated payment on arrival, then then decided to take 2 payments whilst I was still in Manchester. This confused me but I decided to deal with it on arrival into Istanbul, on my arrival they had two bookings unfortunately they said it had booked this via hotels.com this was completely unacceptable and I felt like I was being scammed, I did get my original booking refunded but ended up paying more for my room that I had booked. This is my first experience of this and it’s left a bitter taste. The staff on reception was extremely friendly and helpful but really my trust was broken. The hotel was clean and the room was nice, it’s a new hotel and building work is still going on. Would I stay there again. No never.

Not what was described at all. I got a message stating pick up and drop off from the airport is available for $2 usd. I agreed and when I got there they charged me $60 for pick up and drop off. Ridiculous and cheaters. They should be off the site. The hotel was dirtier and didn’t look the same they were having construction and beds weren’t clean

The property was good for the night I stayed. The shower was clogged but the staff came as soon as I called them and helped unclog the shower. They also helped me with the bags. Overall good overnight stay close to the airport.

We left all within 10 minutes of being there. The rooms were very dirty and had a terrible smell and there were AC units leaking that had buckets under them and holes in the ceiling. If going under construction, it shouldn’t be open to guests. Front desk check in staff had a rude demeanor.

The hotel rooms have holes in the ceilings, there is drywall in the bathroom. Walls of the rooms have been banged into. Terrible customer service unwilling to address complaint. There is no dining option and not conveniently located by any restaurants which gives the guy at reception monopoly over food. Overcharged us for food and refused to accept credit card…claimed credit card machine was not working or something was wrong with our cards which was impossible give we had used the card at the airport 30 min earlier and later in the evening. Insisted on taking cash and then took a day to give our change back. Property itself is dilapidated on inside. I can share pictures if Expedia allows but should not have been charged so much for this property.

İ booked my room through Expedia fully paid and I choose Superior Room which had jacuzzi inside the room clearly shows on pictures and room details shows hot tub!!! But receptionist Mr Ali argued with me saying superior room doesn't have jacuzzi. Unfortunately even you are right, he says I don't have any room with jacuzzi left he said!!! İt's mean he sold my room someone else who walked in (make extra money)...before me because i had paid already and I had to checked in 8pm around!!! İ didn't like the situation. They make you feel stupid! İt has clearly show on booking has jacuzzi on that room and details!! Never ever again! İf you like airplane noise every few minutes yes you can stay there sleepless night 😵 !!! Hotel offering Airport shuttle also very expensive which is i didn't use it their charge is €30 but if you get taxi it's around €6 which is i used! I don't recommend this place at all.

It's very bad service, room very small and there was nasty smell in the bathroom. When i booked online there were many things like big bed and two twins and chairs couch but i didn't find that in reality, i don't recommend it.

Staff is excellent and helpful. Property is new or newly renovated. It’s close to the airport and very convenient for layover stays but it’s somewhat noisy due to being on flight path and also being on a busy street.
