Frequent business traveler. One of the best hotel experience I've had in a long time. Excellent service, superb rooms, varied and quality breakfast (including vegan options) and all at a very reasonable price. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. I was given a free upgrade which meant i had a big room with a sitting area at the front of the hotel. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable though the room was a little too warm. I tried setting the A/C to 20'C but it never got below 21.7 during the two days i stayed. There is no way to get a breeze as the windows are sealed (I hate these modern style hermetically sealed hotel rooms) Breakfast was fine

Great service by staff who were always polite and professional. Hotel located in a good area 1 min away from train station where you can go into town or to the nearby shopping centres. Room was very clean and spacious also very comfortable.

Excellent hotel and amazing staff. We stayed 3 times this year in Hyatt Centric Levent and we have always been pleased. The rooms are large and clean, the staff is very friendly and all of your needs are met immediately. Breakfast, gym, spa and all other amenities in the hotel are top of the line. The food and room service is stellar. The hotels across the street are short in service when they are crowded (which we stayed before) while you get the same level of excellent service consistently regardless of the occupancy levels. Excellent location that is very central. By far our favorite hotel. Will be going back.
