"Muyan is a small family-run hotel with very helpful staff and excellent breakfast. We stayed at the hotel for six nights. Haci, the owner, greeted us every morning at breakfast offering omelets and Turkish coffee. We were pleasantly surprised to find a demi bottle of local wine with a nice thank-you note when we returned to our room on our last night there. When we checked out to move to another hotel where we were to begin our organized tour package, Haci's sister gave us a ride to the hotel....

"The hotel had really good views over the sea and the Blue Mosque. It was quiet and everything was in working order. The staff were all very pleasant and the breakfast area was well attended and restocked when items ran out. Only one criticism. We were charged twice for our stay because the receptionist did not believe us when we told him we had already paid. There was some confusion on our part. The manager has assured us that a refund is on its way."

"I stayed with my family for 1 week from 4/2 to 4/9. I have to say that for the first two days we had a little rough time. My mother was with a wheelchair, and the hotel does not have access to cars, you need to be dropped off at several feet away and walk up a steep hill. Also, there was a construction in the building next to the hotel and they work overnight, which was not announced on their website, so for 2 nights I had a hard time sleeping.
