We stayed there during New Year’s eve. It was so pleasant and clean! The complementary breakfast was great. If you have a car, you can drive around many places such as Nikko, Sano premium outlets. Recommended if you are looking for a cost effective and joyful stay!

2 nights Biz trip
Very well located hotel, near the station and on the main road. Internet connection perfect, very different at other hotels in Isesaki area. Bed was little bid hard type, not to much but for those use to soft mattress not so comfy. Breakfast was a buffet style, mostly Japanese food but they have scramble eggs and sometimes sausages. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, sorry cannot rate their English language level but I believe they will do their best to help you.

敷地内駐車場が埋まると近くの中華料理屋のところにある駐車場に案内されるが、夜は中華料理屋の出入り口横にある喫煙所の煙が最悪。 駐車場の予約ができないので当日の早い者順、運まかせ。子ども連れて遠くまで停めに行くの大変だった。

スタッフの方はとても親切で丁寧な接客でしたし、お部屋も綺麗でした。朝食付きでとてもお安い価格で泊まれたので大満足です。 東横インホテルを利用するのは初めてでしたが、とても良かったので次回も利用したいと思いました。ありがとうございました

清潔感のある建物でほとんど良かったのですが、 朝食が他のホテルと比べてかなりメニューが乏しく、一番ガッカリしたのはご飯用の茶碗が無く、犬のエサを入れるような皿で皆さんご飯をよそっていました。 せめてお茶碗くらい用意して欲しいですし、 メニューも他のホテルを見習ってもう少し考えて頂きたいなと思います。 建物の清潔感やスタッフの対応はとても良かったです。

快適に過ごせるホテル
自宅改装に伴い　一泊させて頂きました。防音も確りしていて　外の騒音も無く快適に過ごせました。東横インさんは　旅行でも使っています。伊勢崎は初めてでした。他の東横インでは　朝食が部屋で食べれるよう容器があり　伊勢崎では無かったので　容器で部屋に持って行ければ良いかな？

フロントの女性の接し方がキツイ感じがしたので、もう少し柔らかい雰囲気が良いと思いました。 前泊した前橋の東横INさんよりも、風呂の広さや朝食は良かったです。
