The space
Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by a spacious living room that is designed to maximize comfort and pleasure. The living room has a 4K 65” QLED Smart TV, surround sound entertainment system, comfortable seating, and an open layout that connects directly to the dining area and kitchen island. With plenty of seating for our guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and gas-powered fireplace, our guests will truly enjoy a nice dinner at home just as much as the exciting outdoor amenities.

The Front Yard comes with a small two seating front patio, covered by tall bushes that provide shade and privacy.

The Backyard contains a Salt Water Pool, Jacuzzi, Natural Gas Grill, Plenty of Seating, Putting Green, full-sized patio, and Chaise Lounge Chairs for Sunbathing.

Guest access
With plenty of space to store all your travel, guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, excluding the single owner’s closet by the entrance.

Parking:
Two Car Garage parking and two car driveway, allowing up to 4 cars for the guests.
Other things to note
Animals:
Unfortunately we do not allow any animals on the property. This will violate the Rules of your stay and the vacation will be cancelled with no refund. There will be a $200 dollar deep cleaning charge along with further assessment for any damages.

Pool/Spa:
Pool heating is available up to 85 degrees for an additional $60/night. Please let us know in advance so the pool is heated for your stay. Spa can be fully controlled by the iPad located in the kitchen and can be heated at no cost for your enjoyment. All outdoor Pool towels are provided and located in each of the bathrooms.

Rules:

No Smoking Inside. Please close windows or any possible entrances inside when smoking outside.

Violation of any House Rules anytime during your stay will result in all occupants being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be cancelled with no refund.
