Vibrant colors welcome you as you enter. This intimate space is yours to enjoy over the weekend or for a week-long trip to the desert. The home offers two bedrooms, each with plush & comfy beds to get a good night's sleep. You also have a fully equipped kitchen at your fingertips. Ample seating space for up to 4 adults and just a 2-minute walk to the nearest community pool and hot tub.

Located near the Empire Polo Grounds making it close access for all festival attendees. For those looking for a more extended visit, this unit is both suitable and desired for longer term.

You're also just a short drive away from La Quinta where you can find all your daily necessities along with some amazing restaurants and shopping spots.

Additional Policies & Rules
-Upon booking confirmation you will be sent Ryson "Terms and Conditions" to acknowledge and sign.
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 21+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
