“基本上就是很近機場的酒店，價格相宜，早機到也可以早check-in，房間正正常常的，泳池好像不錯，只是今天早上也要打電話到前枱reset wifi和清潔人員永遠喜歡在我們在房間時敲門說要清潔，吃飯前放下匙卡叫他清潔，吃完回來還沒有清，比較困擾⋯⋯”

“Facilities are dated, whole building needs new paint, the toilet seat in my room wobbles. All in all the character of staff were quite nice apart from the restaurant staffs that refused to give me glass cups to drink water with.”

“The best think is was the price. Other than that this is a dive. toilet doesnt work and there is not water pressure in the pipes. The TV had more than 1 channel though, but that;s about it.”

I was ashamed and humiliated thinking I am good to go until I arrived and was dumb fold when they cannot find my reservation and they claimed they don’t have business with Expedia and your company never make such reservations with them. I want my money back and compensation for all I went through because of your company negligence. My lawyer will contact you if the right thing is not done by your company.”
