Cabin getaway
This cabin was great! It was warm upon arrival but it cooled down fairly quickly once we got there. It was in a great spot between Broken Bow and Hochatown. It was a short drive to the water or restaurants. This cabin had a lot of room for indoor and outdoor activities. The overall stay was very good.

Nice little getaway!
My family and I went for a little 3 day getaway! The location with the proximity to the State Park and town was so easy and convenient. The house was nice, the inside was clean and the kitchen was well stocked which is always a relief when staying at a vacation home. I will say, and I completely understand we’re in a forest during spring…the pollen was out of control. I’m not sure if anyone has stayed there for a while but it was everywhere on the furniture, deck and outdoor dining area. It wouldn’t be that bad if there was a leaf blower you could use, or a hose with a sprayer, a large broom or more linens to wipe down all the outdoor furniture. The common area was little small but it worked for our family of 5. All in all a nice little cabin!

Not as it seems…
Solid idea of a great getaway cabin, but unfortunately that’s not how it is when there. I would highly advise to fix the flaws within the property before opening back up to next guest. For example, the hot tub doesn't function fully, the game room needs work with a broken window, smoke detectors peeping throughout the night and golden tee not working (If you advertise it, it should be in working order, or have a lower the price) furthermore, Light switches not working some of the time in bottom bathroom, batteries for the keypad on the door were dead to where it wouldn’t unlock (luckily another door was unlocked when arriving at home). We also highly advise replacing the grill. There is too much rust inside that the bottom is starting to get a hole and the grates are falling apart. It is unsafe for guests to use due to the rust. It is a lovely area and house, it just needs to be better maintained and repaired, or lower the price to what your actually getting.

Wonderful Stay!!!
Everything was very comfortable at the house. The three separate floors and bedrooms was great. The hot tub was great and they even had some chlorine to clean the pool if it got dirty. Very close to Hochatown and Beavers Bend State Park. Had a blast!

Everything was great just to get away for a bit. Some feedback from the stay. Wifi was in and out of service in parts of the cabin and over the days. Bedding sheets had dog hair upon arrive. This cabin is good for a smaller family due to the space on each floor. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Upon arrival keyless entry didn’t work had to use key that was left unlocked in lock box. Inside was a little dirty. Cabin itself is a nice place and setup. Would’ve liked to had all the leaves blown away from the porch areas.

We arrived at 8:30 pm and couldn't get in with the keypad pin that was given to us. Called our "Guest Contact" and got voicemail. Tried every door and finally found one that hadn't been latched properly so we were able to push it open. Our Guest Contact texted me at 3 a.m. "sorry, I was asleep when you called". She gave me the correct PIN number and said they'd forgotten to change it to the one they gave me in the instructions. The WiFi name and password given to us in the instructions email were both incorrect, had to reach out to our Guest Contact again for the correct information. We couldn't open any of the blinds that were encased in the doors because the mechanisms were broken. So. Nice cabin, but...

Perfect Fall Getaway
We drove in to do some weekend kayaking. The home’s accommodations were perfect for our family of adults, teens, and kids. The kids/teens really enjoyed the ground floor entertainment area with a pool table while the adults relaxed on the middle level and wrap around porch. Although we didn’t get to use the fire pit due to a burn ban, the area looked inviting and relaxing. The home was well equipped with cookware, and basic consumables such as spices, coffee, etc. This was great so we didn’t have to purchase on our grocery store run. It also had enough TP, trash bags, paper towels, and paper plates, which we were also grateful for. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice getaway,
The porch is amazing at this property, the layout of the house not so much, pointers to have, need dish soap to wash dishes along with some dishclothes, the thermostat on the lower level does not regulate the temperature on first floor very well. The covered patio area is really nice to cook and gather together. So overall its a ok cabin but we all had fun!

The location & fire pit were great, although no wood was provided for the pit. The furnishings & appliances were in good conditions, but there were other issues. Cleaners will still there at our checkin time & we had to wait 30 mins. The passcode provided to get in didn't work because the keypad battery was dead. The toilet seats were cheap plastic & kept slipping. The pool table poles had no felt tips so we couldn't play pool. The tetherball was ripped. The outdoor grill was charcoal, not propane as advertised. There were only 5 regular forks & 1 salad fork, but there were plenty of dishes & cooking pans. The TV was locked for networks other than ROKU; the owner had to be contacted to get the pin #.

Our 26th year at Beavers Bend with growing families means we can no longer fit in the 3 river view cabins in the park. Belle Star was the perfect addition to our week. Belle hosted a sleepover for the kids who were staying in the park who loved the hot tub and game room one night. We used the covered outdoor patio for one of our cookouts and family circus which was the perfect spot. The three separate levels were great for three families to have their own space for some down time during the week. The horseshoe pit was a nice surprise up by the firepit. Plenty of parking. AC kept even the top floor nice and cool for a June visit. I really can’t think of anything that wasn’t provided in the kitchen or the whole cabin. Great location on the road going into the park and only about 10 minutes to the Heritage Center. There are lots of comments about the number of stairs and there are a lot. But, if you have someone that can’t climb stairs they really don’t have to. There is an entrance on the ground floor to the ground level that has its own bedroom and bathroom. So if they really aren’t able to climb any stairs at all, they don’t need to climb even one.

Christmas at the Belle
My family and I stayed in this cabin for Christmas. We're ah big bunch, it was very accommodating (girls on the 1st floor, boys were on the second :). I'd read the reviews prior to booking, so I was prepared to whatever we walked into. To my surprise, the cabin was very clean and tidy. The ambience that this cabin provided was a perfect end to a chaotic year.

It was awesome I loved the balcony all around and down the side of the house it was the best thing ever then where you go to barbecue I loved how it had lights all around it it was kind of closed in all you had to do was walk up the side of the house stairs to go to the balcony to the house it was the best house ever three stories a big bed and each room full size bath and each room each level it was amazing I loved it

We arrived a bit early and the property manager was very responsive and nice, but we were meet with terrible wasp issues for wasp nest on 3 floor at least 2 ft ,, they came and took care of them right away. But we had to read prior reviews to find out the hot tub didn’t work. The property itself was dusty , mold on 3 floor shower curtain , there was a dirty sipy cup apparently from September,.the bar in the game room the mixer set was very moldy the felt on pool table worn and torn. Bean bags for corn hole game missing ,horse shoe pit stakes were bent and shoes missing,even though a prior review said those issues were fixed.they were not.the outside patio needed swept.We felt for the price paid and super high fees ,it is not worth it. The picture of this cabin make it look better than it is, the rooms are small.We made the best of it and enjoyed our time , the stairs were a lot too.we paid a lot for 3 day plus super high cleaning fees and other added fees, .plus they expect you to do most of the cleaning before leaving at 10 am. Chose another cabin .

Overall it was fine; Just could use more detailed cleaning
This property itself is 3 stories - bottom floor has a king with two bunk beds, game room just outside the bedroom along with a full restroom and shower.  I personally stayed in this room with my family.  The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned as it had hair in the drain and on the shower walls. I have a picture to attach as reference but I could not find a place to upload on VRBO.  I noticed in the bedrooms there were no drawers or sufficient table space to set out clothes - we kept our clothes in our luggage during our trip which  is not a big deal but just a note in case you need this.  Wifi works best on the bottom floor.  Phone service is very spotty but wifi works for the most part on each floor (just with full bars on the bottom floor). The second floor has the kitchen, living, and another bedroom with a king bed and a full restroom. The kitchen glasses were not thoroughly cleaned.  I also have a picture for reference but do not know where to upload.   Consider bringing your own plastic cups and plastic ware (as these were not thoroughly clean either). The third floor is a king bedroom with a full restroom and closet to hang clothes.  Minimal hangers provided - consider bringing your own if you need many.  Note, this bathroom had white water spots on the mirror and shower wall.  Also, the window sill had dead insects. Additionally, the oscillating fan in this room is broken.  Bring your own fan if you need the extra air since this floor is the warmest. Towels are provided but you may want to consider bringing your own. The towels in the property had to be rewashed as they smelled as if they had been left in the washer for too long. Trash bags are provided but not a whole lot so if you have a larger party or plan to have more trash than normal, consider bringing your own trash bags. Bring your own matches/lighter as there is no gas on property.  The lighters provided were out.  I would recommend a professional cleaning to the property management company as it appears to be cleaned but needs some more attention to detail especially with the quick turnarounds between renters.  The code for us to get in the home was not set up which isn't a big deal considering we got the code from the manager but we did notice the doors were unlocked upon our arrival on the other floors. Overall, this property is fine but it does need a detailed cleaning as it didn't make the best first impression when compared to the pictures.
