"This place generally exceeded our expectations. Great kitchen and living room, spacious bedrooms and everything well appointed and recently remodeled. Internet and TV service excellent. Appliances top-notch, along with dishes/cookware, etc. A couple of small dings but in no way would I not recommend you stay here: 1. Tile floors looked fine and clean but our clean feet soon looked dirty after a couple hours of padding around the house. I think it just needs one deep clean to solve this. 2....

"Had an amazing week at this property (second time renting here) in May of 2024. The house is set up beautifully with plenty of room and privacy for multiple people/families. The property is right on the beach and it felt like a private beach because rarely did we see any other people. There is an elevator, which comes in handy with older guests and luggage etc. The property is managed extremely well, very clean and they provide everything needed for the beach or even kayaking on the river side....

I’ve never stayed at a place that you didn’t have to bring anything or worry about cleaning up before you leave. You have the bay on one side and ocean front on the other. "This property is amazing! We stayed here with the family. 6 adults and 5 kids. Incredibly spacious house right on the beach. We had one slight hiccup with internet, but after contacting Al (who responded immediately), all we had to do was reset it and were on our way. This place is fully stocked (games for kids, full equipment in garage, full kitchen - probably more than you're own home). Planning to come back here every year!!!"

"It was extremely hot and humid the weekend we stayed. The thermostat was locked and we asked to have the air conditioning turned up at night. It was very uncomfortable at night to sleep despite the fact that we asked to adjust the AC. There are only 3 parking spots available at the property and two guest spots. Renting a house with 5 bedrooms may require more than 3 spots available. The guest spots were rarely open."

"Absolutely wonderful property! When it says it comes with everything, it literally comes with everything! From condiments, plates and coffee to kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets and even gaming systems, this place had it all! Having access to the beach and inlet was so nice. Evening fires were the highlight of the trip. Al was so responsive and easy to work with! If you have the opportunity to book this place, do it! I promise you won’t regret it!!!"
