"The 2BR ocean view unit is large with a large wrap around deck with gorgeous view and a kitchen. Plenty of room to spread out and beds are comfortable. The shower could use some caulk and looked a little brown in the seams. The bolt lock on the door didn’t work but we didn’t have safety concerns. Breakfast is super basic but better than nothing. Great location and nice to watch people fishing right off the dock and going in and out of the marina. "

"It was fantastic, good quality, comfortable and we will happily go back. One strange downside is there is a phenomenon at the natural beach on the property that smells terrible. It’s less noticeable when the tide is high but unfortunately that’s just nature and this beach is smelly. If you have a sensitive stomach you will not have a good time. We left the property for other beaches when it bothered us and otherwise had a fantastic stay. Smell was not present in the rooms at all. "

"The houseboat was adorable. It was probably one of the cleanest “hotels” I’ve ever stayed at. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Loved watching the dolphins from the deck in the morning. The front desk staff were wonderful- very friendly. There was an excellent bagel place a short walk away. The only thing to keep in mind is the boat says it sleeps 7 but the 7th loft bed would really only work for a child- or very small agile adult.
