"We stayed in the villa in april 2023,with 2 adults and 2 children. It was a very simple and easy check in, anything i needed to know i was instantly answered and the host himself was very helpful. "We had a wonderful stay at this villa, the pool was fantastic and all the different places to sit were great. The villa was in a really quiet location with a lovely lagoon and a nice views. The inside of the villa was homely and had a well equipped kitchen, but is in need of a little tlc. It’s not too far to walk into El Gouna, where there’s plenty of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully next year."

"On our 1st day, the broker or the owner’s representative showed disrespect to the family members while giving instructions on how to use the facilities allowed. Not only did he insult the family helper but also my mother in law! The broker informed us that we will have to pay for the electricity bill although it’s not even mentioned in the policy. Housekeepers came often to keep it clean, and they changed the bedsheet whenever they came.The Villa has a nice view .Personally I had a good experience using the pool. There were no problems in the pool. I would recommend going there based on personal experience."

"Spacious, friendly, clean.. but that's it! This is not a beach nor a sea view location. The roof pool in the picture is minimal at best but the roof set up is very comfortable! Street parking is on an unpaved slope, part of a public street. Otherwise, it is a midtown location with basic access to shopping, etc. We spent one transient night but ended up paying for an extra night due to early morning arrival. "
