Communication with Arturo was effortless! One thing we learned is that no one in PR works on Monday and Tuesday, and if there isn't a cruise ship in San Juan port, nothing is open that day. “The property is large enough to accommodate big families. The pool is clean and adequate. The property is dated and needs a new stovetop. The bathrooms are adequate for our large group. They could use upgrades also. We worked the many stairs but for young children or physically challenged people it would be difficult. There’s an elevator but it is unreliable. The property manager is extremely responsive! It was very helpful when we needed assistance like oven mitts. Overall we enjoyed our stay!……

“The property was beautiful. The owner and his property manager were quick to help when the power went out. They got the generator up and running and a small portable ac unit to help cool it down. When the power came back on their electrician came right out and reconnected everything.
