"The staff of the hotel were amazing- so kind and helpful. As soon as we arrived at Male airport- we were picked up and transfer to/from airport was a breeze. Hotel is in nice area of Male, it offers good food and it is located right on a beach. Great service overall and a great hotel."

"The receptionist folks might had an error regarding the booking and they kept on nagging me to either rebook it or leave. Booking was from Expedia India. They were somehow confidently blaming it as my mistake. Very cheap behavior!! Since I am a tourist I didn’t have a better phone service, only when I personally from their main phone called Expedia and kept it on speaker and got re assurance from Expedia, they were somewhat convinced. I literally had to hide from these folks till the Expedia...

"We had to wait an hour to be picked up from the airport despite sending through flight confirmation etc prior. 4 phones calls were made to the hotel to follow up collection which had us waiting for an hour. Drive from airport was 15mins. Booked a double delux and paid for a double deluxe room and got put in a single. Had to query why and was told the room we had booked was under maintenance. Very disappointing."
