"The room was very clean. The floor was solid surface, which I assume was easier to keep clean, but I think the hard surface contributes to the overall noise level in the room. I couldn't seem to get the room cool enough at night and it's hard to sleep when you're hot. The bathroom has no surfaces to hold toiletries or clean clothes while dressing. Overall, it was a satisfactory room, though. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choices. We will likely stay here again when in town. "

"We stayed 5/24-5/29 at the Hotel Hot Springs. The hotel was perfect as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go to from our hotel. The hotel was nice but some things need an update, but nothing substantial. "

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay for our Anniversary. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff. The room was nice and clean. We loved the Jacuzzi. They serve a nice hot breakfast daily and we enjoyed that as well. "
