Checked in Thurs; out Sunday and housekeeping never stopped by even though it was requested twice by me; once by friend in other room. Upon check out is when we were notified housekeeping only visits after one stays a full 3 days. Can't drink in casino. (Should be advertised for out of state visitors) No pool. Only comp continental bfast. I point out the last two as part of our party stayed at Best Western and they had a pool, and Full comp bfast. Not continental.

Bed was extremely hard and the ac was so loud I did not sleep. I left at 1am and drove home to sleep

I did Not like the hamburger from the Bar!!!! No condiments, dry Cold Pati no lettuce tomato I don’t know what they call a hamburger over there but it damn sure this one the french fries Cold also. I could’ve complained, but I was dying by myself. I had to ask for napkin!! Sorry sorry place to eat The room had No cream,sugar stir sticks for coffee!.!! Not top line in being clean!! No Kleenex. The TV is horrible horrible. I paid for two nights, but I only stayed one. I got my stuff the next morning loaded up and left. I did not tell them I had checked out. I waited till the next day then I called and told them I’ve checked out. The only thing I can say is the two Ladies that check me in were A1. I did not get their name and there was two ladies in the casino that helped me. Also I probably won’t be in a hurry to come back here.

I reserved a deluxe king suite on the information for the room it stated the room would have a garden tub (the only reason I reserved it) I got to the room and it was a small not even standard tub/shower combo. The tub also had a broken drain plug. Cracked tile around the tub and the caulking and grout was peeling off the tub and tub surrounding.

A Pleasant Stay
