Restaurant staffs are nice and helpful. Comfy bed. Not enough lights at front entrance (security). Received a phone call from front desk asking to clean up the room. Respond NO need but would like to have towels and water. NO DELIVER!

Room was not cleaned upon return at 1930. Had to tell front desk and when informed room was serviced, dirty glasses were not replaced with clean ones, bed was not made.

The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. Our flight the next day was at 1230am and they let us stay until 6pm with no extra charge. They were friendly and went above and beyond to really made us feel comfortable. I just didnt like the hustle and bustle of the city center itself, otherwise this place is good if u dont mind those things.

My first experience with Wink Hotels was in Da Nang and although this was a nice property, I like the one in Da Nang better. I’m sure it was because of the Tet holiday but there didn’t seem to be any shops or restaurants in the area.

Though the room (Premier City View) is small, I enjoyed the exceptional hospitality from staffs, and many amenities the hotel provided. Amenities include washer, dryer, the gym, breakfast buffet. Etc

This was the first hotel when I landed in Vietnam. It was located in district 1 catered to tourists. The room was modern, cleaned and has enough space. I loved the big window you can see the city through. The staff were nice and friendly. The facility was cleaned and modern with fun twists. I enjoyed my short stay there.

Trendy hotel, good price
Nice trendy clean hotel. Not as convenient to main tourist attractions as hoped but easy taxi drive away. Room small but well presented. Wouldn’t want to stay more than one or two nights. Breakfast decent. Hotel keep sending promotion emails before and after stay which is very annoying

Customer service was great. The location was also good . I like the layout of the family room. However, the bathroom had mold in the shower and I had another standard room that smell like cigarettes smoke even though it’s not a smoking room. I loved this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. I could walk everywhere. The gym was small but well-equipped. The laundry facilities were really excellent! It’s a busy hotel but the room was very quiet. Very small but well-designed space. I was able to be quite productive, work-wise. It is well set up for a working holiday.

The staff is helpful and the hotel is modern. However, the room is very small and you can barely walk in the room. The location is too far from any attraction or restarts, around 30min walking and the traffic is bad, so it might take 30 min by Grab as well. Novotel is far but at least halfway from the main attraction. Find a hotel in a better location. There is no swimming pool or roof top. The only good restaurant is called fashionista, which is excellent.

The 24 hr check-in and check-out concept is good, but didn’t know it could be taken advantage of through Expedia. The breakfasts were excellent and change slightly each day. The area is fine, but many don’t consider it as central District 1 so just be aware most tours won’t collect or drop off there. Otherwise the superior room on high floor was great, comfortable, and quiet although you can hear noise in hallway if there is any.

Fantastic stay!
The whole experience was fantastic, friendly staff not matter what we asked always had an answer. Beautiful bedroom with a great view looking over the city and lovely bedding and a comfortable bed. Now we are thinking of a reason to come back again soon. Oh I forgot to mention, a great breakfast!
