"Unfortunately the renovation spoilt our stay. It clearly stated on the web site renovations were completed. It indicates wifi available in rooms...it was not. When we asked the receptionist she was surprised and said she would send someone to sort it out. My husband had a conference call at 1am....never got assistance. The door to cabin didn't fit the frame. Bathrooms desperate for up grade. Staff in dining room great and food was very nice. Guide Lucky very friendly. Would we go back...not...

We saw all but the loeopard of the big 5, but we also saw a cheetah and had a great lion sighting. "

"Wir sind freundlich empfangen worden, die Besitzer sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit, das Abendessen war sehr lecker, das Frühstück landestypisch okay. Unser Häuschen war leider sehr dreckig, die Matratze durchgelegen. Diese wurde aber auf meine Bitte hin getauscht, auch der Boden wurde gewischt. Der Kühlschrank war schimmelig, das Geschirr der Küche war sehr dreckig, der Ventilator wurde schon mehrere Jahre nicht gereinigt. Bad/Dusche waren nicht sauber. Ich bin nicht pingelig, aber die...
