"My only con would be that the drinks were pretty watered down but overall my stay was great. Good food options, close to the airport, beach access, quiet and calm property, nice rooms and friendly staff!"

"This is the first time I’ve stayed at any RIU resorts and I must say that I wasn’t disappointed, from the grounds, entertainment, food. The best thing I liked about RIU Aquarelle is their customer service. The staffs were very friendly, nice and accommodating. They go out of their way to say hi to you, always asking if you need anything and making sure that you are having a great time. The one thing if I may suggest is some beach umbrellas. There isn’t a lot of shade at the beach and was really hot so those umbrellas would help a lot. I am very happy overall, would recommend this resort and would definitely come back"

"Kewayne from the kitchen/banqueting department was AMAZING.
We stayed here for a one night business overnighter.
We arrived to dinner at 9:50pm (dinner ends at 10pm) but it seemed they were already packing up and it looked like we wouldn’t be able to get any food as there were no more plates and cups left on the buffet line. Kewayne was gracious enough to get us some plates and cups from the back to get food at the buffet, that made our night and our entire visit . That meant the world to us as we had been working previously for almost 24 hours straight and were very hungry and tired . Hats off to Kewayne for being so kind to us. "
