Welcome to "Beachcomber"! A newly renovated two bedroom, two bathroom villa. You will enjoy the Peaceful views from the porch and master bedroom of lush landscaping and the tennis courts. Enjoy eating and sipping your favorite beverage at the porch bar. Take in the sandy beach The Spa, which is a semi-private protected natural beach between Fish Haul and Mitchelville.

This villa's owners suite has a king bed and ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed with an additional pull-out trundle bed. The 2nd bathroom, adjacent to the main living area, can be closed off to make another ensuite bath for the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware and utensils you will need, stainless steel dishwasher and stove, as well as a washer and dryer. Open floor plan to the living and dining area with a 6 seat dinette and additional seating on the screened-in porch. Some beach chairs and towels are provided. Please wash, dry and put away these items at the end of your stay for the next guest to use.

Amenities of The Spa include 2 outside pools, indoor heated pool and hot tub, tennis courts, a workout room (8am - 4pm) and basketball court. The Property is Gated with 24 hour Security guard and offers an abundance of HHI's natural wildlife. Perfect for a family during your next vacation to Hilton Head! Resort Rules and Regulations for the Spa on Port Royal sound will be provided to you in your unit or available by request prior to booking. Such rules include but are not limited to; vehicle regulations and no open containers of alcohol or glass by the pool area.

The Spa is located on the North end of the island directly on Port Royal sound. Though the area feels very secluded it is a quick ride to many restaurants and shops as well as a movie theater. Each unit is allowed up to 2 parking passes and each pass is $20 (cash only). Passes must be purchased at the gate upon arrival and only cash is accepted.

For added safety during your stay, note that there is a video doorbell that is located near the front door upon entry. This device records audio and video, so feel free to say hi!

Wonderful Stay!
We enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head this summer! I loved this property as it was a bit seculuded from the more touristy areas. My kids preferred to take the short drive or bike ride to Folly Field Beach so they could play in the waves, but I much preferred the calmer water and beach at the condo. The condo was perfect for our family. Its very hard to find a condo that has enough actual beds and not just a pull out couch to fit a family of 5. The property also offered two outdoor pools that were rarely crowded when we were ready to take a break from the beach.

This condo is very nice, just enough space and nicely updated. We enjoyed the balcony as well. The property manager was responsive and very helpful. The unit is on the second floor so carrying anything very heavy was difficult but parking was always available near the stairs. Our only disappointment was the beach. We knew this property was on the sound but thought we could go in for a swim. The water is very shallow for quite a ways out. We didn’t see anyone getting out far enough into water deep enough to swim. The upside is the location is somewhat private so if you’re looking to sunbathe only, it’s a great location. We opted to go to the oceanside on the second day which was a short car ride and worked out great for us. If you’re looking for a cozy, private and clean property, this is for you

The only issue we had started at the security house. Absolutely NO kayaks are allowed on the property. The guard was nice enough to let us go through the gate long enough to turn around and leave to find a storage facility for the kayaks. This was an unnecessary $47 for the long weekend. Otherwise we had a blast. The weather was awesome, the accommodations were spectacular and sone of the best seafood we've eaten.

First Time at Hilton Head
What an awesome trip. This was our first time visiting Hilton Head and we couldn't have picked a better spot. A short walk down to a very quiet beach. We went to the right of the pier and were basically by ourselves both days we set up camp. The kids decided to wear water shoes when the tides were high because of the sea grass/shells in some spots, but when the tides pulled out it was so cool to be able to walk so far out into the ocean. They loved playing in the current that gently pulled us down the shore while we laid on our backs. We even saw a bald eagle land just a few yards away from us! The property had everything we needed, and was very tastefully set up for our family. We had no idea that there was a trundle under the bunk beds so all three kids had a comfortable place to sleep. The screened in porch was great for morning coffee and evening cards. We used one of the pools once for about an hour before grilling out on the communal grills and had the pool all to ourselves. The kids loved learning to play tennis on the courts right outside the back porch. The property is removed enough to not feel the hustle and bustle of the island, but also close enough to where we could hop in the car and explore sea pines and have lunch at the salty dog. The kids did not want to leave, and we definitely see ourselves coming back to rent with this group!

1st Family Vacation
We chose Hilton Head and this resort because we felt like it would be the easiest with our 8 month old. This was our first family vacation and we invited the grandparents to come with us. We loved the town! The resort was nice. We spent more time at the pool than the beach. There were a couple of things that we did not enjoy about the condo. The room was in the master bedroom, the toilet would not flush. Since it was after hours, I emailed the property management group. The next day we found a plunger and that did not help. My husband called the property management group and left a message. The 3rd day, the property management group finally reached out to see if this has been fixed. Luckily, the issue fixed itself and they didn't need to come out. Also, the bathroom soap was almost empty, like two handwashes and it was empty. It would have been nice to have a refill. Instead we had to use the bath soap bar that was provided. Overall, we had a great time. And we would probably stay at this resort again.

Clean and Wonderful Condo!
We really enjoyed our stay at this great condo! Having two suites was such a great feature for our family of four. The amenities of the complex and the unit were wonderful and very much appreciated. Close walk to a basically private beach and beautiful pools. Our only complaint would be that the king bed was quite firm. For those who prefer a softer bed, the bunch beds are the better choice. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay!

Very nice condo and experience
The condo was very nice, clean and maintained. King bed was very comfortable. We had absolutely no problems. We wished that the pools were heated at the property and the bubbles on the hot tub didn’t work during our week. Not the fault of the host. Had a very enjoyable stay. Can’t wait to come back.

This condo was really nice and quiet. Loved the neighborhood but if you want to go to the Ocean you will have to get in your car and go find it. This condo is on the Sound which was not what we were looking for. The beach is beautiful but the water went out and never came back up. Not enough water to even get wet. Would be good for children because the water was very shallow. Lots of hermit crabs to see in all sizes. Relaxing and quiet. Just not what we were looking for.

Cute decor but overdue for refresh
This trip was a last minute decision and the place looked cute online. The photos are representative of the property but it has not been properly kept up for guests- * Master Bathroom shower was completely clogged. The 4 of us used the 2nd shower all week instead of letting another person in the place due to covid. If housekeeping had cleaned the shower the clog would have been evident. So either they didn't clean or didn't report. * If you pull the vacuum cord out the entire length, the protective covering is stripped near the base. It was originally patched with electrical tape but that tape has since come off. Safety hazard. * Remote control to main tv has no cover on battery compartment. If you set it down too hard on table, the batteries fall out. Safety hazard with young children. * Bathroom vents in desperate need of a vacuum. * Hot water label (screw cover) on top of master bath faucet was sitting next to faucet when we arrived. It had fallen off and not been repaired. * One day we went to the beach with just a beach pail and phones (thankfully!). When we got back, our key code did not work on the door (we had no physical key) and we were stuck outside the unit with two cranky kids. Luckily property security had a key. Property Management was quick to respond and did come out to replace the batteries. But lock was very wobbly after that. With no dead bolt on door, we didn't feel particularly safe. * So many lights are out on the oven panel that you cannot tell what temperature it is set to. I tried to guess but after 20 minutes, the tollhouse cookies were still raw. I'm not sure if the oven doesn't work properly or it's just the control panel. Either way, we couldn't use. * Only frying pan had no handle and was so badly scraped up on bottom it wasn't usable. Same with pot, so badly scraped up on bottom, that even trying to boil pasta was a major fail. * I did reach out to owners via VRBO App twice. First correspondence was simply a question to inquire whether they had a coffee pot or blender. I later realized that this information was available on the listing. But I never received a response to a simple question. * Tennis courts are not maintained - cracked and not level. Maybe are expectations were too high going into it. But I do feel like majority of our issues would have been non-existent if place was properly maintained.
