"Great place to stay - just as advertised. While not fancy or luxurious, it is very nice, comfortable and clean and in a spectacular location. Having morning coffee on lanai overlooking the ocean cannot be beat. Probably the best stocked kitchen in rental that we have ever had. Saul is an attentive (in a very good way) host. He provides great welcoming touches, including a bottle of wine and fresh cut flowers."

The kitchen offers up all kinds of choices for drinks and meals. Every detail was so well thought out, the host thought of everything. He even went above and beyond when we left something behind. "I would just like to thank the hosts for making our stay the most hospitable one by far. It was a peaceful and restful stay where we fell asleep and woke up to the sound of waves. My wife and I appreciate the care shown to us during our stay, for allowing us to check in early after a terrible experience we had in another hotel the night before. I highly recommend this place, conveniently located within close proximity to all amenities, food options, beach and the airport. "

"The house is amazing. We never felt like we were on top of one another as it is extremely spacious and well laid out. Kudos for having boggy boards, a tandem, kayak etc., it made for great family fun and wonderful pictures. I recommend replacing the bikes as they are rusty, and the tires were flat. I would also suggest the house be supplied with more paper towel and toilet paper to accommodate guest. We enjoyed the board games that were provided which created much laughter for our game night. "We decided to rent a beach house to house a few family members who flew over from Catalina Island to come to my Dad's Celebration of Life! Both my Aunt and Uncle from Catalina Island are 87 and 90 Years old. The house was very comfortable and easily accessible with a cane. Although we did experience some rainfall having the rocks embedded in the entrance floor and stairs made it easy for them to go up and down the stairs. My mother and I took advantage of the Kayaks and stand up paddle board one...

"We stayed 7 days in this unit. We were pleased with everything. I found the manager/ owner to be very helpful and accommodating. There was a book in the condo that made all the difference to us in exploring Hilo and the rest of the island. So glad I decided to take a look at it. There were more than adequate supplies available for our use. Be aware that the washer and dryer are coin operated so you will need lots of quarters. Beautiful view."

"The hotel reminded me of a Motel 6. The staff is excellent and very friendly, Had the most comfortable bed I've ever had at a hotel. Slept really well. Was a couple minutes from the airport and close to plenty of parks and places to eat. Would recommend getting a rental car so you can enjoy the whole island. Can pretty much see everywhere within a couple hours from the hotel. Really easy to get around. Would stay here again if I ever come back to the island. The only negative is all the...
