Bed conforter was stained and dirty. We asked the front desk to have it changed two days in a row and the house keeping personnel kept using the same conforter. Dirty dishes were left in the hallway table and remained there almost all day.

Location is not good tourist. Required payment from hotel was not equal to the amount that received from Expedia when I reserved. Looks like apply different exchange rate.

Rug dirty, dusty, towels old ugly disgusting. Bed horrible mattress lumpy and old. Bathroom not clean 😒 hair all over

El cuarto es comodo, la zona es muy buena, hay muchas opciones de comida en el area. La zona es un poco ruidosa por las noches, pero nada que un poco de ruido blanco/musica no solucione. Las TV's son muy viejas, no son smart tv. Asi que lo unico que puedes ver es tv por cable y conectar el bluetooth a la tv para escuchar musica desde tu celular.

El servicio fue pésimo y lento, solo había un personal en mostrador y mostró actitud negativa. Se reservó una habitación con dos camas dobles y la habitación que nos dieron era una con dos camas sencillas, al comentar el disgusto no nos dieron solución más que decir “las camas son individuales” por tal motivo se solicitó la cancelación

Average stay away from center
Front desk staff attitude was good. Changed room immediately no questions asked. However the rooms left a lot to be desired in terms of door lock breaking and TV not working. Location is not great. Limited access to outside if not by taxi.

Hotel is not the same anymore. The pillows are very bad. They used to have a guard at the entrance of the parking lot, not anymore. Shower door does not really close and water gets all over the floor.

The quality of the bedding and bed pillows was the worst the room wasn’t clean or the carpet is too old and smells I call the front desk to ask for other pillows never replaced

This is one of the best hotels I stay in 2023 within USA and Mexico. The entire staff in the hotel is exceptional and they did the extra mile to accommodate all my needs in my business trip. Also, the food during my breakfast was delicious.
