"We had a good time while in Nashville, the host was very professional and kind. The property is beautiful and spacious. Overall it was an enjoyed stay, the few things we encountered altered our 5 star visit. The sheets in the both bedrooms could’ve used a washing before hand, also would’ve been a good idea to get spider webs out of the corners."

Some of our family were 65+ with health conditions, so this was a huge challenge. I personally had to crawl into the furnace area to try & fix it twice. "This is the best B&B we have stayed in - firstly it's located in a great area of Nashville, within easy distance of both restaurants and boutique shops and not too far to travel to great places like Belmont The Heritage and Music City. There is parking available on the property and on the street outside which was a bonus. We had the top floor room, more like a suite really as the whole floor was ours to use as we wanted. "This is the perfect listing for a quiet, relaxing stay. The layout of the house boat was perfect. Ice machine, toaster oven, AC, electric fireplace, it was excellent! The kayaks are tied right to the boat and easy to jump on an enjoy the on the lake! The host was very responsive and answered any question I had within just a few minutes. Definitely a recommended property and host."

Love that you pay less than hotel prices for nicely furnished, comfortable and spotless clean apartment accommodations, including dishwasher and washer /dryer (all soaps and detergents included)! There is the added bonus of a fire put, pool, hot tub and bar, as well as indoor pool table, Connect Four and shuffleboard . All this and just 2 blocks from Broadway! The front desk staff are so friendly and goout of their way to accommodate all needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
