Things to note:

-There is only parking for up to 4 vehicles. Additional parking is NOT available.

-Events or gatherings over 12+ must be discussed with owner before booking.

-We do not allow ANY events. No weddings.

-A rental contract is required to be read over and signed upon reservation.

-At the end of your stay we have a list of check-out instructions for you to follow before departure. If you would like to opt out of this we can have the cleaners do the check out instructions for $100. Please give at least 48 hour notice.

-There are 3 security cameras on property. One on the back patio, one on the garage and one in the elevator.

-There is absolutely no street parking. 4 cars is the limit.

-We provide Youtube TV for our cable provider. Which includes most NBA and NFL games.

-Highchair and pack n play is available upon request.
