City centre convenience. Hotel very good and staff friendly. Found that restaurant area was lacking in its menu and despite a discount for residents it was more expensive than other local facilities

Good for a short break, nice hotel . Pickled Sprout food & drink very good. Breakfast even better up in the Sky Bar, lovely stay we'll be back.

Stayed for lunch - was very nice. Breakfast nice too. Room was far too hot and was no way to turn down heating

Outstanding in all ways! Great food in The Pickled Sprout and at the Breakfast Buffet. The staff are so attentive, helpful and clearly love their jobs. We will most definately be back!

The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the self servive breakfast great. Sadly the room was grey, drab and depressing with an awful view. The shower was fine but lots of little necessities were missing. Staff were courteous and helpful and it's fine gor a base but wouldnt want to hang around in the room too long!

Great value for money, clean and exceptionally friendly staff. Only downside is parking is first come first serve and if you arrive later in the evening like we did you will have to park on the street.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location if you want to be central to shops and restaurants. Beautifully kept with a very nice bat and restaurant

The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. After breakfast we mentioned in passing that we were going to look at the view from the Sky Lounge. We were welcomed to take a seat then offered and brought a pot of tea. The whole stay was a pleasure and we'll stay there again.

All in all we enjoyed our stay. Room was ok but the bed was too soft and both my wife and I had sore backs by the end of our three night stay, and the shower had very little water pressure which was disappointing as always look forward to a hotel shower (especially being a 4 star). Staff were very nice and accommodating! Hotel couldn’t be in a better location for wandering around Harrogate and very close to the bus/train station.

Hotel is right in the center of town convenient for restaurants, shopping and bars,. Parking is provided (if limited). Staff were amazing we had a great stay.

Lovely but far too warm
The hotel, rooms and restaurant are fab. The problem was the temperature in the room. Both radiators were on full when we arrived so we turned them off and opened the window which was quite restricted. It didn’t cool down and we asked for fans. These were in all night but it didn’t cool down. We had to prop the room door open to let the cooler air from the corridor into the room

The only issue was the dirt on the windows which spoilt the view of Harrogate, everything else was pretty near perfect, will stay again and recommend.

Couple’s overnight stay
Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Room was far too hot so didn’t sleep well. Fan in the room but on full blast wasn’t very effective. Room needs aircon.

Good hotel spoiled by a few small issues. Bedroom was warm and comfy but bathroom handle was loose. Breakfast was poor. Parking was good but not included in the room rate.

First time at this hotel, really good stay. Room comfortable with plenty of space in the suite option selected. Food excellent in the Pickled Sprout & the Skybar for breakfast with superb views over Harrogate & beyond.

Room could had more thought simple and cheap to do and needed . A shelf or something in the shower to put shampoo and shower gel as there was no dispenser. A hook on the back of the bathroom door for dressing gown or night ware . Otherwise over all facilities of Hotel excellent!
