"A happening, busy hotel lobby, but rooms were quiet. Close to the tube, but in a nice, relatively quiet neighborhood. Restaurant was ok. Convenient. Food a bit salty. Not the best location for a first visit to London since it’s far from many tourist spots. Still, a nice hotel. "

"For us, it was a really good location. Main West Hampstead shopping street at the end of the road and train stations just five minutes’ walk. The room was very pleasant and seemed recently equipped. It did not feel crowded. The bed was comfortable and the shower easy to use. We had a small fridge and a microwave and kitchen area sink so could eat simple meal if we chose. "
