If travelling through good for one night stay but if staying longer no amenities in the room such as fridge, kettle, coffee or tea. Short walk to bus stop and central for travel. Close to grocery and snack shops but very limited restaurants

We found the staff helpful and friendly. Transit was easy to take back and forth to main city area. It was nice to have an elevator.

Staff was friendly and ready to assist. The hotel is located opposite the city center. Limited dinning and everything in that area closes at 6pm, Room was clean and spacious.

The room is bare minimum. What surprise me is that there is no hot water pot in the room. Even though I can get it, the last pot, from reception but there is rust inside so i think it is not suitable for drink. The staff are very nice to solve my hit water issue in many way. I also found used sock at the corner of my room.

Good Hotel with Transport Links
Easy access to Innsbruck via train or bus. Room was clean and of a good size. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would return. Be nice if a kettle was provided in the rooms.

Property and staff are top notch. Greeted with a smile. Breakfast buffet has scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, yogurt, fruit, hot drinks, juice, etc. Parking is in a garage below for a small fee. Was very impressed with this hotel in its entirety.

Last minute booking that turned out great. Very nice hotel and a great price. The underground parking was a bit oversold. But we got back to the hotel late enough we just used a Tesla EV parking stall overnight.

Hotel owners wake up! Hotel management and housekeeping turned the hotel into the cheapest American motel. We are from Canada. We are travelling a lot, but it was the first time when duvet cover was stained. It looked like they washed blood stains, but they were still very visible. Bedsheets were stained as well. I really wanted to change the hotel, but everything was booked. In addition, staff at reception is not friendly. I dropped a pen holder because I had my husband’s glasses on (I lost my glasses during the trip and did not see a holder) and two young people at the reception started laughing at me. It is not all. In the morning, despite the fact that there was a sign on the door, housekeeping opened the door three times!!!!!. One of those times I was naked coming from the shower. The first time housekeeping opened the door was at 8:15 am, check out time is 10 AM. At the end, I would like to say that we booked 15 nights in Europe and this is the only hotel we were very unhappy with , every other hotel was great. In addition, air conditioner was not working and we found a plastic bottle under our bed that didn’t belong to us..

Nice hotel on outskirts of Innsbruck
Good stay just outside Innsbruck. Easy public transport into the city. Had good parking but was an extra charge. Not much around the hotel for restaurants etc. Great rooms, very new hotel.

We have a family of four. They gave us two rooms. Each room has two single beds and a bathroom. There is a door that can be opened connecting to rooms I like this setting the hotel is quiet. We had a good rest however I liked wain you that You need to get your code for a key to email me advance. There won’t be any staff after 7 PM. There are two elevators, but only the one says hotel can get you to the first floor.

Wrong train stop!!!
Well we got off the wrong train stop and that sucked. We thought there was a shuttle to Innsbruck but no. Breakfast was just ok. Coffee was bad. And there were not enough people working the front. Was expensive for what it was. Room was terrible bc it was so loud from traffic.

3 minute walk to the River Inn where there’s a walking, running, cycling path which runs alongside the river to Innsbruck. Modern hotel, easy access to motorway.

Not a mountain view!
The room we have was billed as a mountain view. It was the smallest window not facing the mountains. It was very dark. The hotel nickle and dimes you for everything. It is clean and the bus system works well once you figure it out.

Hwest was very accommodating about my unique situation of checking in quite late, and I truly appreciated that. My room was quiet, modern-looking, and clean, and the breakfast buffet was quite nice.
