"We arrived to Hyatt regency hakone and were immediately escorted in and were told they were waiting for us. From that moment on, it was nothing but first class treatment from the entire staff. It was an incredible experience and the staff experience alone should make people run here in droves!! It sadly rained (4.5 inches in one day alone) while we were there but the staff was always helpful with information, alternative advice, and wonderful smiles. Would definitely recommend as they went above...

"Nice staff, clean and have free green tea and coffee. However there is no private bathroom in our room. The property is up the hill and very difficult to walk up with luggage. The bus runs every half hour from 7:30-8:00 am and then every hour after that. You have to call taxi after dinner near station. "

"普段2階はあまり使わないのか雨の翌日だったからか少しカビ臭かった。窓開けたらすぐ無くなりました。設備も広い風呂場も料理も言う事ないけど引き出しに入ってた部屋着を出したらホコリだらけだったのが残念。フロントに持って行ったけど帰り際にそこの一言が欲しかったなーと思った。 我が家はご飯大好きでしかも大食いなのでコースだけでは足りず、パンをおかわりしまくってたらシェフよりオイナリサンをプレゼントしていただき助かりました。 部屋から花火も見れて海の音、風、香りを感じられる素晴らしいホテルでした。また行きたいです。"

"We had a great stay at Tensui Saryo during Hakone visit. It is very conveniently located near the train station from Hakone-Yumoto and the cable car that leads up to the Owakudani sulfur vents. Our room was beautiful and the mountain view - though somewhat cloudy - was as well. The futons in our room were warm and soft but I did wake up a bit stiff (just gaijin issues).
