-The spiral staircase may not be suitable for children under age 14 without adult supervision or those with mobility issues, There is a separate access from the back deck to the top floor loft with a King bed.

You will have access to our family beach cottage with partial gulf views and only a minute's walk to beach access. Locked storage closets are not part of the guest access. Outdoor picnic tables, Adirondack chairs and tables, beach chairs/wagons/toys/umbrellas/beach towels and coolers, and fun outdoor games are provided for your enjoyment.

-Very convenient location just steps from 2 beach access and also a few steps to the general store and Sassy Bass restaurant.
-Concierge grocery delivery may be available with planning.
-Limited access to the top floor loft via a narrow spiral staircase for those with mobility issues. Children under age 14 need adult supervision.
-No Party, No noises, No smoking of any kind, No Marijuana or illicit drugs.
-See pet policy. Must disclose any pets, need additional pet fee and approval to bring a pet
- Guests who reserve our home must meet the minimum age requirement of 21 and no third-party booking is allowed.

-Maximum 12 guests including children. Additional guest fees will apply for changes or unregistered guests.
-Rental Agreement must be signed electronically and provide Proof of ID within 48 hours of booking or your door access code will not be activated
-There is security deposit hold $400 (not charged) during your stay and will be fully released if no damage or violation of rental agreement.
-Trip cancellation insurance is recommended as we cannot refund beyond the cancellation policy. No refunds will be given for weather, illness, power/internet outage, things out of our control, unexpected events, any changes in your trip plans, or choosing to leave early for any reason. We adhere to the NO Refund policy and instead strive to correct issues to make your stay comfortable.

***Pets Policy***
* Guests must declare all pets, pay additional appropriate amount with applicable tax/fee, agree to the pet policy, and sign a rental agreement.
* Only dogs, nonaggressive breed, minimal or no shedding dogs, under 50 lbs, at least 1 year old, house trained, vaccinated for rabies and all other vaccines, and treated for heartworm prevention are allowed
*Guests are responsible for any liability regarding their pets and agree to keep their dog(s) supervised, and under control at all times, and adhere to local ordinances, leash laws, and licensing requirements.
*Dog(s) are not allowed to be left alone in the home for hours or overnight, it must be crated if guests need to leave for a brief time (guest to bring crate).
*Guests agree to pay any additional costs for any damage done by dog(s) if not entirely covered by security deposit.
*If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, necessary replacement or repair costs will be paid by the guests
*Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly.
*Guests agree to observe quiet hours, keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and prevent any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately.
* No dogs allowed on beds or furniture
*No personal dog beds or other such items should be put in the washer or dryer!
