Just a average hotel based on Guangzhou scene, best part is location is in centre of the city , Guangzhou extend a lot so everything is near by but not walking

Nice hotel but staff lies the price of breakfast. Quoted one price then charged another. Getting taxi a nightmare. Bell boys would arrange Didi but then charge five times fair n pocket the money. Not happy

As for your feedback about the different breakfast prices, because the breakfast prices during the Canton Fair are inconsistent with the price during the non-fair period. Maybe the employee's communication and expression caused your misunderstanding. We apologize for your inconvenience. We will strengthen the training and hope to bring you a better experience in the future.
As for the questions you pointed out about the taxi price, due to the difficulty of taking a taxi in the peak period, in order to solve the urgent needs of the guests, the bellman will make an appointment for the guests through DIDI taxi application with the consent of the guests. The price was quoted from the application.

Rude and discriminating
Stayed with my wife which was not Chinese on the stay and when we come back to the room they thought she was a working girl and requested her to sign in with her id as they said she is working girl to her . She was mostly embarrassed and they made us go to the check I. Counter and made a big joke about showing her id which was in our room . Upon heavily explaining to them check your computer many times they finally did and said ok go . No apologies were given

Hit and miss, expect to wait!
Couldn't find my booking eventhough it was cleaning showing on reservation email to me and on my App, asked me whether I was in the right hotel and whether it was the night I was booked in. Took 20 mins until I insisted I was staying and volunteered a deposit to the value of the night.

Nice hotel for business travel to Canton fair free buses.
About 30 mins from Guangzhou east station and 50 mins from south station due to traffic.
God selection of restaurants and shops 10 min walk from hotel.

The hotel was very clean and I’m a good locatio. The staff was very helpful but the only two things that let this hotel down is the internet connection and the gym. the internet connection was very poor especially if there on business and I personally don’t think that there should advertise the gym as one of the hotel facility because is not. with only four equipments to use and two of those was faulty and very very old. That’s not a gym

arrival the hotel almost 2am, I booked a business room, hotel staff provide a compliment upgrade to a suit room. The suit room was great setting except i only sleep few hour and check out in the morning.

Hotel is close to major markets only issue as communication, other than that it was a pleasant experience. Will definitely go back again.

Was there for 2 weeks. Open room made with no privacy, or solitude. Windows were all opaque so couldn’t see a view. But overall relatively comfortable hotel to stay in.
