Since I’m the first and only review so far, I’ll try to be as detailed as possible in order to benefit future travelers. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I stayed there for 2 weeks in October while attending the Canton Fair. The hotel, rooms, and service are 5 star quality (actually better than many 5 stars hotels I know) and the rate was pretty cheap. Really nice rooms, clean facility, comfy bed, free toiletries, free bottled water and snacks, free tea and coffee, and room service staff who were very keen on helping and providing anything you are missing. Free WiFi in the hotel. Free breakfast. Some rooms have a hot tub for a premium. The hotel is a bit tricky to find. Located in a nice area with a lot to do and many local restaurants, a KFC, McDonalds and pizza places (for those of us who want to stick to what they know). Tip: take line 3 from the airport and get off at Shiqiao station. The hotel is about 15 min walk to the closest metro station. You could also hop on a bus to/from the metro station if you don’t want to walk. I didn’t like that the hotel didn’t offer a shuttle service to the Fair like many hotels do. The hotel is south of the city and a bit out of the way to most places, so be mindful of that. The hotel has a clean pub/restaurant if you want to hangout at night. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. I never worried about leaving my valuables in the room, and didn’t even use the safe. Usual language barrier, so utilized google translate.
