The room was cleaned every day and had everything we needed for our stay the owner is a very lovely lady and made us feel very welcome and even brought us fresh watermelon and delicious pastry even tho we hadnt paid for them me and my partner loved staying here at anniko and did not want to go home we will hopefully be back with our children next time. Talk about Greek hospitality at it's best
Super friendly host. Treated us like family. We arrived late and she stayed up past midnight to greet us. She also made a cold frappe and cookies in the morning. Room was comfortable. Quiet location but still close to restaurants and beach.

Excellent place to stay with beach access.
The hotel was in great shape with marble flooring, and the host lady was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great for good access and a 2min walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Hotel across the street from the beach. The staff was warm and welcoming, and made you feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a beautiful getaway, just 20 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Chania.

Perfect apartment!
Apartments are situated 2mins from the beach, on the very calm place. Stalos is great location if you want to explore whole Chania. Owner mama was so nice to us! We were offered with greek coffee when we arrived, and got a little desserts three times during our stay. We booked a studio and got an bigger apartment instead! Also, we wanted the sea view, but when we saw our apartment, we didn't want to change anything. We had a view to another hotel's pool but the apartment was still perfect. kitchen was well equipped. They were cleaning the room every day, as well as they did the dishes for us! Everything was perfect. We had the room n.7. Highly recommend!!

Nice place close to the beach.
Excellent! It is well kept, very clean, well located, it has a nice view of the sea, and the owner is one of the nicest people in the entire world. She will knock at the door in the morning with recently baked pastries and fresh orange juice, even when I did not have breakfast with my reservation. I will recommend it strongly.

Kedves, aranyos hölgy fogadott bennünket. A szálláshely kiválló, a tisztálkodó helyiség, mosdó nem annyira felszerelt, viszont kint az előtérben lévő mosdóban minden van! Oda teszi a hölgy amit a nyaralók ott hagytak, napkrém, sampon, tusfürdő is van. Ezt utolsó nap vettem észre. Nagyon tetszett minden!

Hotel très charmant, avec une patronne très gentille. Nous retrouvions des petits plats dans notre chambre (Feuilleté feta & miel), abricot). A deux pas de la plage (100m tout au plus), avec pleins de commerces à coté et le bus pour la Cannée à proximité. Rien à dire ou à redire, je recommande cette adresse.

Supergulligt, mysigt, perfekt och avkopplande!
Tänk att få bo så bra! Det är ingen lyx och ingen flärd men det är lugnt och skönt, en underbar kvinna som driver som kom med toast, omelett, paj, iskaffe, ägg och mycket mycket kärlek. Vi fick olivolja när vi åkte hem! Underbart på all sätt. Rekommenderas verkligen!

Perfect stay in the very charming hotel.
The hotel was just perfect for us. Rooms are quite big, with small but enough kitchenette and the balcony where you can eat your breakfast. The beach is in about 2min-walk distance, however we were travelling around the western part of the island a lot, so we didn't spend there too much time. The owner is exceptionally nice and leaves you some home-made sweats from time to time. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. The shop (market) is also near by.

During my visit in Anniko people from staff is very kind and helpful. Room is cleaned every day. Bed sheets are changed each day. The Anniko's owner let a piece of homemade cake or welcome present in room as gift for guests. Greek people, in general are very kind. A good experience in Crete.

Et hotel som vi besøger igen.
Fint lille familiedrevet hotel. (Småt men godt) Værelser er ved at være godt brugte, trænger meget snart til en kærlig hånd. Vi blev betjent af den sødeste værtsfamilie som gør alt for deres gæster. Rengøring i top med nyredte senge hver dag. Hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til købmand, restauranter, strand og biludlejning. Der er meget roligt på hotellet og den ligger tilpas langt fra trafikken.

I have been to crete 10 times, and Annikos host is without a doubt the Best and the most friendly host, I have ever had. The hotel rooms are also very good, pool area quiet and cosy. Good location as well as 2 minutes from the Beach. I would recommed this hotel!

Veldig flott og veldig gresk!
Vi hadde en kjempefin ferieuke på Hotel Anniko. Vertskapet er utrolig hyggelige og rause. Vi fikk servert hjemmebakte kaker, egendyrket tomat, kokte egg med tomat til frokost. Fikk velge rom. Stille og rolig nabolag. Rett og slett fantastisk opphold til rimelig pris!

Fantastisk familie på Anniko
Jeg er lige kommet hjem efter 10 dage på Anniko, og det er bestemt et anbefalelsesværdigt hotel. Standarden er godt nok ikke så høj; badeværelset er ikke noget videre, men der er det der skal være. Et par knækkede fliser, et hul i væggen, et ældre toilet - javel. Men alt virker. Til gengæld er familien helt utrolig sød og serviceminded. Meget, meget varme og imødekommende mennesker som vil gøre hvad som helst for at gøre dit ophold så godt som muligt. "Mutter" (som ikke forstår ret meget engelsk, men har det varmeste smil på Kreta) kommer med hjemmebagte kager, friskpresset juice mv. bare fordi hun gerne vil hygge om sine kunder. Skønt ;o) Rengøringen er til topkarakter! Hver dag bliver hotellet gjort rent, og alt står skinnende rent og pænt. En meget lille pool ligger på hotellets bagside. Glimrende som supplement til stranden. Kun ca. 200-250 m fra hotellet ligger en glimrende sandstrand med klart vand og restauranter og barer lige ned til strandkanten. Hvis man kan leve med ikke at have topmoderne faciliteter, så er Anniko bestemt noget. Jeg giver det en varm anbefaling. Mest pga. en skøn, skøn familie ... ;o)

Al nostro arrivo la proprietaria ci ha mostrato le camere disponibili per farci scegliere quale ci piaceva di più e ci ha offerto spremuta d'arancia. Le tre camere avevano un piccolo angolo cottura con frigorifero, bagno e tutte il balcone con stendino tavolino 2 sedie e ombrellone. Una aveva un letto alla francese, le altre 2 i letti separati. La piscina non era molto grande (ma con il mare a due passi non l'abbiamo mai usata). La pulizia era giornaliera (tranne la domenica) cambio asciugamani e lenzuola ogni tre giorni. Gli ultimi 2 giorni ci ha offerto dolcetti e spremuta per colazione. Davanti all'hotel sono presenti 5 posti auto, altrimenti bisogna posteggiare sulla strada principale (100 metri). La tenda del bagno copre anche il water e quindi è un po scomoda. Non sono presenti bagnoschiuma e shampoo ma solo una saponetta aperta e probabilmente già usata. Forse bisognerebbe mettere una zanzariera alla finestrella del bagno per i moscerini. Consiglierei l'hotel.

Skinnende rent og superhyggelig
På tross av sine 2 stjerner er dette et veldig fint hotell å bo på. Rommet vi bodde på hadde god takhøyde (3m) og var skinnende rent. Vi hadde en romslig balkong med stoler, bord og parasoll og utsikt til havet og et rolig boligområde. Hotellet ligger vel 50 m fra hovedveien i kato stalos, men ingen trafikkstøy. Nært busstopp og ca 70 m til stranda. Vi var her i 10 dager og på denne tiden ble vi overrasket med nybakt kake som ble levert på døren. Utrolig hyggelig personale. Mye for pengene!

8 dagers tur der vi bodde på Annico. Bestillte dette pga. tidligere anmeldelser noe som jeg må støtte fullt ut. Det eneste vi har å utsette på rommet er sengene som er i hardeste laget.Betjening blid og hyggelig og renhold veldig bra.Pris og beliggenhet tatt i betraktning er dette veldig bra.

Andra gången vi bor på detta hotell som har ett perfekt läge 100 meter till havet och 10 minuter med buss till Chania. Sedan är damen som sköter hotellet helt fantastisk, bjuder på den godsaken efter den andra.

Albergo a conduzione familiare ottima posizione
Nel complesso è stata una gradevole esperienza in quanto la titolare dell'albergo è gentilissima ed ogni bisogno è stato accolto (es. cambio stanza più grande perchè la prima era veramente piccola e riparazione climatizzatore). Non dimentichiamo che siamo stati accolti con caffè e brioches ed ogni tanto la signora ci deliziava con qualche dolcetto, spremuta o frutta (cosa che nei normali alberghi non accade mai!). Hanno ottimi prezzi e la posizione dell'albergo è ottima per visitare tutta la parte ovest di creta (vicino alla new national road e traffico praticamente assente, parcheggio davanti l'hotel) ed ha tutti i servizi a due passi (si trova a 30 metri dal lungo mare con tutti i locali e negozi). Le camere in cui abbiamo soggiornato sono un po' datate ma hanno A/C, TV, frigorifero, fornelli elettrici, balcone, bagno privato ed un set completo da cucina (praticamente tutto). Ovviamente non aspettatevi un albergo 5 stelle, qualche difetto c'è, ma a quel prezzo in Italia ad agosto andate solo in campeggio con la tenda! Non parlano italiano, ma sanno benissimo l'inglese. Ringraziamo ancora la signora per averci fatto passare una vacanza gradevole.

Avevo letto le altre recensioni su questo hotel e confermo che la gentilezza e la disponibilita' della proprietaria e' straordinaria. Confermo le rose nel vaso, i dolci, dolcetti, frutta e una colazione a sorpresa con dolci e spremuta(dico spremuta non succo!). La pulizia e' eccezionale. La struttura ha i suoi anni ma personalmente reputo che sia un'aspetto di secondaria importanza. La zona dove si trova non rispecchia la mia immagine della Grecia, ma qualche giorno sulla spiaggia, che si trova a circa 50m, lo consiglio egualmente. Per il resto da questo hotel, sia in macchina che con i mezzi pubblici, si possono raggiungere in tempi non esagerati le molte delle piu' rinomate ed inperdibili spiagge di Creta. Riassumendo e' una piacevole, comoda e rilassante base per visitare la parte ovest di Creta e Chania e' a circa 10/15 minuti.
